Es Revellar

"Es Revellar" means something like "it reveals itself" — hidden in Mallorca's landscape, an extraordinary estate unfolds, whose true scale is revealed only step by step. Es Revellar is the only residence at the end of a private access road, on a plot of around 24,000 m². Six interlocking living modules reinterpret the traditional structure of Mallorcan houses: a central kitchen module as the heart of daily life connects two master areas, two guest wings each with two double bedrooms and a separate fireplace room into more than 800 m² of built space for up to 12 residents. A light-flooded staircase leads down to the impressive lower floor with sauna, fitness area and wine cellar. The consistent material concept of this exclusive finca is a revelation too: only natural materials were used, all the way to the lamps of alabaster and sea-salt-coated glass. In the mature garden with lemon and orange trees, old olives and lavender fields, a generous outdoor kitchen is embedded. The heated design pool adjoins the terrace directly and convinces even sporting swimmers with its olympic counter-current system. The entire estate supplies its own water and energy. Here sustainability and environmental awareness are lived with every breath.
