3. Contact form and property enquiry data

When you submit the contact form or request property details, we collect the information you enter so that we can respond to your enquiry. This includes your contact details, the property you are interested in, the purpose of your enquiry (details, property brief or viewing), and any optional message.

We also record the page you came from and any campaign parameters, which helps us understand how visitors reach our website and respond appropriately.

We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

• Responding to your enquiry — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Sending property information or arranging viewings — performance of pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest in following up on your request.
• Internal record-keeping and legal compliance — compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Improving our services and communication — our legitimate interest in understanding how our website and marketing are used, provided your rights and freedoms are not overridden.

We do not use your data for newsletter marketing unless you have explicitly requested it and we have obtained your separate consent.

5. CRM processing and lead management

Enquiry data is stored in our private customer-relationship management system and is visible only to the Real Life team members who need it to respond to you. We may create a lead record that includes your contact details, property interest, enquiry history and status, so that we can provide a consistent and personalised response.

Access is limited and logged where technically possible. We do not sell or rent lead data to third parties.

6. Meta Lead Ads and website advertising campaigns

If we run advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), we may use Meta Lead Ads. Information submitted through those lead forms (such as name, email, phone number and property interest) is processed so that we can respond to your enquiry.

We rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in following up on enquiries generated by our advertising. Meta is a separate controller for data collected on its own platforms; please also refer to Meta’s Data Policy.

7. Google Analytics and analytics tools

We do not currently use Google Analytics or similar analytics tools on this website. If we decide to implement analytics in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

8. Cookies and tracking technologies

This website does not use non-essential cookies or tracking technologies. Only technically necessary mechanisms may be used (for example, to remember your language preference or to keep a session state), and these do not track you across the web.

If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will request your consent before placing them and update this policy accordingly.

9. Data processors and third-party service providers

We work with a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Lovable Cloud — website hosting, database and server infrastructure for storing enquiry data.
• Email delivery provider — sends internal enquiry notifications from our own sender domain notify.reallife.biz.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — if Meta Lead Ads are used, Meta processes lead data on its own platforms as described above.

All processors are contractually bound to handle data only for the purposes we specify and to maintain appropriate security measures.

10. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including responding to your enquiry, managing our relationship, and complying with legal or tax obligations.

Personal data relating to property enquiries and prospective clients will generally be retained for up to 24 months from the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary in connection with an ongoing business relationship or legal claim. Once the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
